After your meeting with Johan, you’ll be asked to fill out an Impact sheet. The sheet contains key questions for us to get a better understanding of your organisation, your challenges, needs and goals.

It is an essential part of the process and ensures that we can offer you the best counselling and solution for your impact measurement and reporting.

Formulate an impact strategy at our Impact Bootcamp

After sending us the Impact Sheet, you will be invited to a two-hour Impact Bootcamp, where we will work on your Theory of Change to ensure that you will be able to measure and report the key impact metrics important to you and your organisation.

We will also help you understand how the measurements enable us to calculate the social value of your intervention using WELLBYs or both the social and economic value of your intervention using the Social Return on Investment-framework based on your outcome data.
