Impactly makes it easy to measure and evaluate employment interventions
Impactly is a user-friendly platform for impact measurement and reporting, based on a scientific approach to measuring and valuing social interventions.
Få en trivselsanalyse baseret på valideret måling af livstilfredshed (LS-1), trivsel (WHO-5) og andre psykometriker. Vi indsamler sociale data ved opstart og afslutning af indsatsen (som minimum - gerne flere). Rapporten viser udviklingen i deltagernes livstilfredshed, trivsel og andre målinger ift. indsatsens succesmål. Dertil præsenteres antallet af trivselspoint (WELLBY) skabt i indsatsperioden, samt omkostning (enhedspris) pr. trivselspoint.
Kom med i trivselsindekset (WELLBY indeks): Formålet med trivselsindekset er at sammenligne social udvikling, målt på livskvalitet og omkostning pr. trivselspoint, på tværs af sociale domæner.
WELLBYs opgøres ved enten at måle direkte på livstilfredshed (LS-1), eller ved at konvertere andre psykometriske mål, f.eks. WHO-5 til livstilfredshedspoint (LS-1).

Få vurderet, hvordan medarbejdernes trivsel påvirker produktivitet. Vi estimerer virksomhedens potentiale via tre veldokumenterede drivere: sygefravær, medarbejderomsætning og mentalt fravær (Presenteeism).
Modellen anvender en wellbeingmatric skala på 0-100. Livstilfredshed (LS-1) og trivsel (WHO-5) er anbefales som målepunkter, men andre psykometriker kan også anvendes f.eks. trivsel (SWEMWBS), stress (PSS-10) og mental fravær (iMTA).
Vi tydeliggør produktivitetspotentiale (kr) og ROI ved mentale sundhedsindsatser og trivselsprogrammer, samt understøtter ESRS-S1-rapportering (egen arbejdsstyrke).
Evidens indikerer, at mentalt fravær ofte vejer tungest i de samlede produktivitetstab, så det rummer en værdi.
SROI
Social Return on Investment
SROI viser, hvor meget social og budgetøkonomisk værdi en indsats skaber pr. investeret krone. SROI-metoden bruger finansielle proxier og tager højde for modfaktisk udvikling, attribution m.m. Resultatet præsenteres som en ratio, fx 3:1.

How do we value the outcomes of employment interventions?
Impactly uses analytical methods such as Social Return on Investment
Valuation of social interventions is a coherent process and depends on the outcome measurement. We analyse the social and budgetary value based on the effect measurement enabling social interventions to report socio-economic value of their intervention.
The logical model
We use the logical model to support social interventions in setting up a measurable theory of change and data strategy enabling them to demonstrate their social impact.
Valuation method
We apply the analytical methods of Social Return on Investment and Subjective Wellbeing Valuation for the socio-economic valuation of effects.
Calculating value
We calculate Social Return on Investment using the Social Economic Investment Model (SØM) for budgetary values and Open Social Value Bank (OSVB) for Danish social values.
