Starting the Process
Click the Citizens tab on the left.
To begin, click on "Create."
Entering Citizen Information
You can either fill out the information for each citizen individually and click "Execute,"
Or you can import a list of citizens by clicking the orange button "Import Data" on the top-right corner.
Downloading the Template
Select the Excel template in the top-right corner, and download it.
Filling Out the Template
Open the downloaded template to see the various tabs that need to be filled out.
Hover over the tabs to see what needs to be filled out and how.
Tags and Data Strategy
If you don't have tags initially set up, you cannot assign tags to citizens in the excel sheet, and the same applies to data strategies. These need to be set up beforehand.
