Administrator Rights
Only users with administrator rights can anonymize citizens.
Select Citizens to Anonymize
You can choose to anonymize all citizens or select specific ones. if you only want to anonymize one citizen, check the box next to his/her name and click "Anonymize" in the top right corner.
Request Anonymization
Once you request to anonymize a citizen, their name and contact details will be hidden from all non-administrator users.
Confirm Anonymization
As an administrator, you will still have an overview of the citizens. However, you will now see that the citizen has been anonymized by the hidden eye-symbol next to the citizen's name.
Verify from Employee Role
Log in with an employee role that does not have administrator rights to verify that the citizen appears as anonymized.
